Layering For Your Feet

Tamia Nelson has re-posted an article she wrote on keeping your feet warm entitled “The Real Bottom Line: Keeping Your Feet Warm on Winter Trails“.  In it she advises layering your insulating layers for your feet just as you would for your body.  Her basic components are warm dry socks, loose fitting shoes or felt liners and overboots.  She provides good advice and the article is worth reading.
